Invitation: A Deep Peace Refresh

🗓️ Sunday, August 10
11 AM PT / 2 PM ET on Zoom

This special session for postpartum and lactation caregivers is a chance to reset your nervous system for peace and renewal.

🌿 In the first hour, you’ll be guided through somatic practices that support nervous system regeneration, refreshment, and realignment. These are tools to help you re-enter your work—clinical, caregiving, and personal—with increased equanimity and coherence.

🌸 Whether you’ve been holding space for others or simply navigating the intensity of this season, this is your time to come back to yourself.

In the second optional hour, for those who wish to stay, we’ll move into presence-based communication, with gentle guided personal processing—
All within a supportive and respectful container.

Come to replenish. Come to reconnect. Come to remember the peace that lives underneath it all.

👉 Purchase your ticket and reserve your spot. Space is limited.
(You’ll receive a Zoom link within 48 hours of payment.)

About Hilary Jacobson

Born and raised near Los Angeles, at age 19 Hilary Jacobson moved to Switzerland to study music. Years later, as a mother of four who was experiencing chronic low milk supply, she turned her attention to the science of galactagogues, the natural substances that support milk production. When her  “lactogenic diet” led to an abundant milk supply, she couldn’t shake the thought that mothers with similar issues did not have this knowledge. These foods and herbs have been known to women around the world since ancient times, but strangely have been dismissed by modern medicine. To help fill that gap, she developed the lactogenic diet. As the number of mothers with metabolic imbalances rises worldwide, and more mothers experience milk supply difficulties, the lactogenic diet shines as a real tool that helps.

In 1999, Jacobson co-founded MOBI Motherhood International, becoming a clarion voice for the connection between nutrition and lactation. In 2007 she published her seminal book Mother Food, followed by Healing Breastfeeding Grief, and A Mother’s Garden of Galactagogues. She is a Swiss-certified Holistic Lactation Consultant (CH.HU.SI) and an ACHE-certified mindfulness-based hypnotherapist.

Hilary Jacobson speaks at trainings, summits, and conferences. Her holistic approach has contributed to postpartum care worldwide.
